Full Time Administration Assistant

This is a full time position starting in August 2021.  Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm.  No evenings, weekends, stat or AB provincial holidays.  

Job Description:   

Greet and receive clients in a welcoming and professional manner, answer phones and provide customer support for orders and product information. Drives sales through engagement of clients, suggestive selling and sharing of product knowledge. Document sales by creating, updating and maintaining client profile records.  Obtaining, entering and processing orders for counter service, pick up, and shipping.  Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.  Providing support for management and shipping department as needed.   Maintaining clean and organized showroom.  Basic administration duties, filing, typing and financial sales transactions.  Opportunity for advancement. 

Job Requirements:

  • Must be fully vaccinated with a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.

  • High School Diploma

  • 3+ years experience in and Administration and/or Retail/Wholesale environment

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation, striving to exceed customer satisfaction,

  • Above average computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

  • Ability to describe products accurately for customer inquires.

  • Deal effectively and professionally with any issues that arise.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment or alone.

  • Make outbound calls to promote products and services.

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work.

  • Sound problem solving abilities.

  • Social media skills and some beauty industry experience an asset but not required.

  • Responsible and dependable with a professional polished appearance.
