After taking a break from the Aesthetics Industry for a 15 year career in Law and to raise her four children. Leigh renewed her passion for Aesthetics and opened SkinFX in 2007 to bring unique and quality professional products to the Beauty Industry.

Ethan, Zachary & Samantha Polidoro

Shipping/Sales/Admin/Social Media

Ethan, Zachary and Samantha are 3 of Leigh's 4 children, all have been helping out at SkinFX since they was old enough to work. Either working in the summer, covering holidays, maternity leaves or just filling in when needed.

Marnie Tuckwell

Educator

Marnie has worked in the beauty industry for over 25 years and currently owns a mobile beauty business. She is passionate about smart business, education, natural products and superior customer service. She looks forward to sharing her expertise and best sugaring practices with our students!

Admin Assistant/Reception

Mayira started her passion in the beauty industry in 2004 as a hairdresser. Later she decided to tap into her creative side again and found a new love in the art of nails. She completed her training with en Vogue in 2012 and has been doing nails ever since. She loves spending time with her dogs, stepson, new baby boy (born 2022) and future husband.

Kirsten Verhoef

Educator

Kirsten has been in the beauty industry since 2008 as a Spa owner, Registered Dietitian, Esthetician and Massage Therapist. She has a passion for body sugaring and is excited about bringing that passion to our students. Kirsten has 3 very busy kids.

Jennifer Bagnario

Educator

Jennifer is an Advanced Esthetician with over 25 years in the beauty industry. Specializing in Brazilian waxing, brow artistry, and restorative facial techniques that blend structure with relaxation, she brings technical precision and real-world knowledge to her students.

Her teaching style is grounded, professional, and heart-led — inspiring students to approach their work with confidence, care, and creativity
