SHIPPING CHARGES FOR CANADA & UNITED STATES
All orders are shipped on FRIDAYS and are shipped by Canada Post. Once you place your order online you will make your choice of shipping method and this cost will be added to your order by your shopping cart. If you have any questions regarding SHIPPING please contact us (see contact information below) BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER ONLINE. Please note: if you choose incorrect shipping (ie: less than you should have paid) we will ship your parcel the cheapest way possible (usually surface) which can cause delays in receiving your order.
WITHIN CANADA -
- orders UNDER $150.00 - A flat fee shipping charge of $10.00 will be added to orders under $150.00. Your purchase will be shipped Expedited Small Parcel with tracking and insurance and (depending on your location) should arrive within 5- 7 business days.
- orders OVER $150.00 - A flat fee shipping charge of $20.00 will apply to orders over $150.00. Your purchase will be shipped Expedited Small Parcel with tracking and insurance and (depending on your location) should arrive within 3-5 business days.
TO THE U.S.A. -
- orders UNDER $150.00 - A shipping charge of $12.00 will apply to orders under $150.00. Your purchase will be shipped Canada Post Air and should arrive within 7-14 business days.
- orders OVER $150.00 - A shipping charge of $25.00 will apply to orders over $150.00. Your purchase will be shipped Expedited Small Parcel with tracking and insurance and (depending on your location) should arrive within 5-10 business days .
INTERNATIONAL -
- orders UNDER $150.00 - A shipping charge of $15.00 will apply to orders under $150.00. Your purchase will be shipped Canada Post Surface and (depending on your location) should arrive within 14-21 business days.
- orders OVER $150.00 - A shipping charge of $30.00 will apply to orders over $150.00. Your purchase will be shipped Canada Post Surface with insurance and (depending on your location) should arrive within 14-21 business days .
SAMPLES ONLY (Canada, U.S.A)
- a flat fee shipping charge of $2.00 will be added to orders that consist of samples only.
CUSTOMER PICK-UP (Beaumont/Edmonton/Leduc & surrounding areas)
- customers within our area may pick up there orders and no shipping fee will be charged. Please be advised that it is your responsiblity to contact us via phone or e-mail (see below) to make the necessary pick up arrangements.
PLEASE NOTE - to our customers in the U.S.A & our INTERNATIONAL customers you are responsible for any duty and/or taxes that your country's customs office may impose on your order. Please allow for extra shipping time in the event that you item is delayed in customs.
RETURN POLICY -
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We take the utmost care in describing our products on our website so please make sure you are fully aware of what you are purchasing as due to health reasons we have a no refund policy on items that are NOT damaged during shipping. We welcome all e-mail questions regarding any of our products. All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you - but should your product be damaged during shipping - please e-mail us using the e-mail form below to coordinate the return of your products). Damaged items must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt and will be replaced for the exact same item - no refunds.
Warranty items:
FACE Ultra-3 and Fyola both have a 1 (one) year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of misuse or accident. If you should experience a defect problem with your FACE Ultra-3 or Fyola please refer to our return policy below and we will gladly replace your purchase (original invoice must have a purchase date within 1 year of return date for FACE Ultra-3 or Fyola Products)
Returns:
All returns must contain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) - (please e-mail us for a RMA#), a copy of the original invoice and the product in its original package. Please note the product must be UNUSED (except in the case of warranty items). Returns received not meeting this criteria are at the discretion of Skin FX . Returns sent without an RMA# will be refused. We retain the right to refuse a return based on abuse of our return policy or due to attempted fraudulent returns. Please note that the cost of shipping returns is NOT the responsiblilty of Skin Fx, but we WILL pay the cost of shipping back your replacement product.
